UNHCR supports the government’s response to protect and include refugees in Romania through protection services, counselling towards inclusion, targeted assistance, and initiatives fostering inclusion and self-reliance.
The 2024 Refugee Response Plan (RRP) was launched on 23 February with messages from the President of Romania, and the Prime Minister, and participation of donors, refugees and RRP partners.
